I meet onco 2mrw for quarterly review. Blood reports of yesrerday are similar to previous one. WBC 18, HGB 13.1,PLAT225 , ALC 12. HBA1C 6.1( i can post full report if helpful) .
I seek inputs on what to present/ask onco to help improve my QOL. I get tired even with very little effort. Eyes are heavy. I take multivitamin, calcium and iron daily, but no improvement.

Those levels are excellent vinnet especially if they represent little change in previous numbers! You seem to have a pretty indolent presentation.
Your Hba1c is steadying too and 6.1 (43) is nicely within pre-diabetic range.
You’re doing all you can to improve your energy levels and sometimes the reason for our fatigue is hard to fathom and isn’t always consistent with the level of our CLL. Make sure your Vit D levels are sound (a multivitamin doesn’t always cut it I’m afraid). Do you have your thyroid function checked? Mention the fatigue and your low mood to your oncologist but don’t be surprised if he refuses to attribute it to your CLL. Often doctors refuse to make the link especially if the haemoglobin levels are within range and anaemia is ruled out.
Thanks Newdawn for swift response. Onco has prescribed 64000 iud vitD ,once in 3 months. My family homeo path suggests 64000vitD every month? Presently, vitD is in normal range. Also T3 ,T4 andTSH.
