Easter is coming
As I reach the end of week one with Easter looming I was reminded today of Jesusโ struggle to the peak of Golgotha in his crown of thorns and crucifix on his back as I similarly dragged my Adidas cap and iPhone to the top of the gruelling Crowborough Beacon. I guess I slightly had the upper hand, since

CPAP machineto help breathing with coronavirus
Iโm new here.. Iโm over 70 with reduced lung capacity/pulmonary hypertension. Worried about the effects of covid19 I wonder if there would be any benefit in using my CPAP machine to assist my breathing if I get the virus. The CPAP machine is to prevent sleep apnoea and just pumps air (not oxygen) into

Looking through related posts I can see that my views in support of vaping will cause consternation among many here. Anyway, here goes....... 70 year old male, sustained moderate to heavy tobacco user for more than 50 years. Diagnosed with moderate copd in 2010. Switched to vaping 2013 and vaping high

REM related OSA
Hi. I'm new to this sleep board. Depending on which sleep study you look at, I either have very mild sleep apnea or moderate sleep apnea. The only consistent thing my Dr. can identify is that the more REM I have, the more "events" I have. So he thinks I have REM related OSA and wants to put me on
