Advice on hormonal treatment?
hi all, 10 days post-lap here. Unfortunately ended up losing my left ovary and tube - had 4 endometriomas on it, 1 of which was 8cm, and this was all adhered to my rectum. So the surgeon said it needed to come out. I’m waiting for a post-op appointment but the consultant said the endo will likely come

Eczema flare up in Spring
Does anyone else suffer an eczema flare up during the change in seasons, particularly at the end of Winter going into Spring? I have had 2 nasty flare ups to my face, neck and shoulders in the last 2 weeks. This has happened to me in the past several times and was wondering if other eczema sufferers

COVID vaccine side effects
I have been on 11 1/2 mg of Prednisone and have been holding my own. Last Thursday I had my 7 th Moderna COVID booster. Since then I have been in terrible pain all over my body. When I take a Tylenol it does help ( which is not usually the case for me, normally). I really do not like taking Tylenol

I went back into A fib summer of 2020 during covid , I had to self assess my medication and my heart rate via my watch . I could see no one because

What remains?
My husband's PSA count is 3631. He's had every treatment bar Lutetium and immunotherapy and he doesn't have the BRCA gene. Are we at EOL? He, although emaciated, believes that it's not over yet.

Pretty in Pink-How Lucky am I?
I am so grateful for 3 close friends from my USA high schoolwho flew 24 hrs to visit me for a few weeks in New Zealand! We joined 50K others at last nights Pink Concert and it was really amazing! I was very anxious about needing to walk long distances because the roads around the large stadium were

Zoladex and flu like symptoms
Hey. This may sound strange but does anyone suffer with flu like symptoms with the Zoladex? For the past 6 months I’ve had a number of ‘colds’ which seem to go straight to my sinuses but I have nothing else apart from feeling bunged up and absolutely no energy and achy. Just wondering if it could be

Covid Positive
Wednesday evening saw me get a positive Covid test result after me thinking I was immune 🤦♂️. I’d previously been told I’d need antiviral medication ( as I’m on 8L of oxygen upon movement) so Thursday morning we rang the doctor and a paramedic was sent to our house . A lovely guy came out and because

Stage 4 OC — Deposits on liver
Hi ladies! Could do with a bit of advice, as am spiralling a bit. For context, my Mum (54) was diagnosed with HGS stage 3c/4a OC in Jan 2022. BRACA gene negative. Immediately started three rounds of chemo, then had optimal debunking surgery and full hysterectomy, and continued with three more rounds

I’m back again …5th cycle 🤞
It feels very daunting , been over a year. Not planned to wait this long but had so many set backs. I had my laporoscopy surgery in June (after been cancelled 3 times ) , recovery and then a week before I was meant to start next cycle , I caught covid. I had an appointment last week with miscarriage
