hi everyone! I switched treatment after 4 years on Ibrance and it’s been definitely a major mind adjustment. Herceptin perjeta every 3 weeks and Faslodex every 4. If folks went through H/P curious how long g you were on this treatment. I have to have an echo every 4 months so can’t imagine it’s

Advice after possible Covid
Hi all, I've been horribly ill with what is probably Covid (no positive LFT test but typical weird breathlessness, fluid lungs, fatigue, dizziness and all the rest). However, three weeks later and a course of antibiotics, and I'm still feeling rotten - massive fatigue, pains everywhere, dizziness

overlapping symptoms
hi all I’ve finally seen a rheumatologist and he wasn’t able to give me a diagnosis as he says I don’t present the classic symptoms for any one particular autoimmune disease but I have overlapping symptoms of more than one condition. The hair loss and rash seem to be puzzling them too. I’ve been prescribed

Odd Lesion
Anyone ever have a cancerous lesion just in tissue not connected to any organ. I have a lesion we are watching behind my left kidney. It has grown from 6mm to 9mm. I have another CT on the 10th. My Oncologist questions that it is actually breast cancer so not biopsied yet.

Is there an "oligometastatic state" for prostate cancer (but not in breast cancer or lung cancer)?
The concept of an "oligometastatic state" is that there exists an early stage where metastases are few in number and are in some way different from metastases that develop later. It also means that there are no micrometastases in systemic circulation (in bone and lymph) and in reservoirs like bone, nerve

Illness and taking T3 - something to consider?
just a thought I wanted to put out there and see what everyone else thinks… I am now prescribed T4 and T3 and it has been a bit of a life changer for me. Previous to the T3 being added, I was on mono T4 for years. To get out of bed and function, I had to have my T4 over range, whilst my T3 was scrapping

Hello beautiful ladies, My mum has been living with ovarian cancer since 2020. After debulking surgery and many treatments, her cancer was declared platinum-resistant. Following this, she received 6 rounds of Doxorubicin + Bevacizumab, which kept her stable. However, she still has many carcinomatosis

Covid question
I’ve avoided Covid up until now. My partner and I picked it up in Cuba. Started with what we thought was food poisoning, the dreaded diarrhea. It’s now been 14 days. We’ve had chills, fevers, fatigue and daily diarrhea. I’m at the final three months of V treatment so was advised to start the antiviral

Struggling Financially with Leukaemia?
I was diagnosed with CLL in July 2013 and had already been registered with Macmillan in 2004 when I had bowel cancer, although at that time I didn't need much help other than problems with stoma bags and local support groups, both of which they helped me with. Financially I was okay being paid by my
