hi everyone! I switched treatment after 4 years on Ibrance and it’s been definitely a major mind adjustment. Herceptin perjeta every 3 weeks and Faslodex every 4.
If folks went through H/P curious how long g you were on this treatment. I have to have an echo every 4 months so can’t imagine it’s for an indefinite period of time given heart issue potential . My onc has been frustratingly vague.
Thanks so much and sending good health and positive mindset to all.

I'm currently on H&P, about year and a half, and hopefully for a very long time! I've heard of some unicorns getting 10+ or even 20 years on it. I've yet to experience heart issues but monitoring for it just in case doesn't bother me too much! Hope it works well for you!
Oh I love it! You made me laugh and happy today. Unicorns living 10+ or 20 years. Love 💗 it! I so want to be a unicorn. Purplelikep, you made my day! Hugs 🤗 Alicia.
I am glad to see the responses from others here. I have been on this regime for 4 1/2 years. My Onc told there are some super responders that have been on for 20 years and he has 2 pts one 11 years and one 14. I hope we all get to be super responders.
On Herceptin for over 7 years. Discontinued Perjeta about 3 years ago. Get Echocardiogram every 6 months or so. No side effects from Herceptin or Perjeta, although the taxol that I took initially with them gave me peripheral neuropathy.
Herceptin and Prejeta for 4 years and counting. The Onc fellow once told me there was indeed some women who have been on it for 20+ years.
I did not ask how many or what the statistics were and I never do. Because I am not a statistic - for me personally, no matter what stat it is, I am either 0% or 100%. Again, that is just me, others may want the stats
