Anti Gravity exercise for Diabetes Reversal.
I have seen a you tube video of Dr Pramod Tripathi, Pune who is running an organisation 'freedom from diabetes' . In this video he has recommended anti- gravity exercises for diabetes. He recommended 3 types of exercises after 1.45 to 2 hours after each meal (total 3 meals) for 5 minutes. https://www.youtube.com

Reduce risk of type 2 diabetes with this simple diet plan
Choosing an adequate diet to prevent and control diabetes can be very hard to find. There are many diet plans which have proven to be non-beneficial. After the use of many drugs, patients are not relieved. The secretion of insulin, which is a need in diabetes treatment by the Pancreas, shuts down.

HbA1c NOT THAT ACCURATE
I have predicates, and recently my HbA1c results have increased, despite my home monitoring with a finger prick meter showing no increase in sugar levels, after fasting, 2 hours after eating and random tests. I since discovered that the HbA1c is not as accurate as one might think it is. Follow this link

new to all of this and am unsure about some tests that were ordered recently for my by my neurologist. Are these considered normal? I see they are in range, but I ask because the Kappa seems on high end and isnt there supposed to be no protein detected in Urine? Could anyone with experience with Bence

Pred and Metformin?
After 6 months on Pred for PMR, tapering without problems from 15mg to 7 mg, I have had an HbA1c test and the score is 72. For the previous 4 years, my Type 2 Diabetes was being managed solely by diet and exercise and my HbA1c never rose above 45. I have not put on any weight from the Pred, my eyesight

Hello all, I hope you're well - considering.... I was diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes in 2011. According to my doctor, it was as a direct result of my undiagnosed and severe, obstructive sleep apnea. My query is regarding Diabetes and it's direct link with Dental Health issues. Could someone please

Keto diet and intermittent Fasting
I was surprised that there is no mention of Keto diet(fats, lots of green veg and moderate meat, some berries) mixed with intermittent fasting and prolonged fasting. Drinking weater with electrolytes(potassium, good salt) and magnesium via skin when not eating manages hunger and as carbs are very low
