I have seen a you tube video of Dr Pramod Tripathi, Pune who is running an organisation 'freedom from diabetes' . In this video he has recommended anti- gravity exercises for diabetes. He recommended 3 types of exercises after 1.45 to 2 hours after each meal (total 3 meals) for 5 minutes.

Dr. Tripathi said that, many of his patients have reported fall in blood sugar by average 30 to 50 points after this exercise. Also there are many other health benefits of this exercise.
