It is difficult to comment from what you have said as to the reasons why you have not lost weight, but I am sure if you join in things here, people will be able to support and comment to help you work out the best way of helping you to find a healthier way of eating which will be sustainable and help you to lose weight.

Exercise and Low carb certainly help weight loss.
Do you eat from dawn to bed-time?
Are you (pre) diabetic?
Weight loss is not all about motivation and masochism - if you "slim smart" it is not so hard!
Many of us here find that what works is a combination of The Low Carbohydrate, High-Fat (LCHF) diet (see the forum here on Health Unlocked) and Not Snacking All Day AKA Intermittent Fasting (IF). See:
