Are blood glucose tests any good I'm convinced I'm diabetic lowest reading I've had is 4.2 know highest is 7.1 I'm confused

And I got an 8.9 but I'd ate a bowl of noodles and a Sabrina but tested in 40 minutes later.and then I tested half hour after and was 7.2
