2 mirena coils for Adenomyosis?

I had my laparoscopy last week. They couldn't find endo but did say I had a globular uterus, which is indicative of Adenomyosis. I'm not surprised as all the symptoms fit. I literally opened my eyes from the ga and the findings were explained. I didn't take a lot of it in but they did mention about having another mirena coil, as 1 is often not enough. Has anyone else had this? A hysterectomy is needed but who knows how long that will take. Thank you xx
