Help on partial bloods please
I am being treated for breast cancer (since October) taking Letrozole. This coincided with my annual thyroid bloods. I managed to get this from the hospital, GP seems reluctant to provide me with them. Results are October 2015 Free T3 4.6 pmol/L 3.1 - 6.8 TSH 0.02

Hello again to all you lovely brave ladies. Is there anyone that is on this tablet, Letrozole, or has been taking it . My Oncologist is not willing for me to have any more of the intravenous chemo, she said that it was putting too much strain on my body. I have been taking the Dailey tablet now for 2

Restless Leg Syndrome
Hi, During the recent wet weather, my RLS has seemed so much worse. I wondered if others have had the same problem and whether you have found anything to help with the symptoms and poor sleep. I am wary of starting any of the prescription drugs discussed with my neurologist as I have been taking Letrozole

Question about diagnostic criteria.
Following repeated pregnancy losses, I had an indeterminate result on an Antiphospholipid Syndrome Assessment (all normal except ACL IgM = 13, cut off for normal is 12). My understanding is that results below the 95 percentile are negative, above the 99th are "positive / high." Results between the 95th

Letrozole
Hi, I just wondered if anyone out there is also on Letrozole? I had the chemo/ debulking/chemo route and 4 months later it was back, so another round of 6 chemo and then onto Letrozole. I started letrozole August 2014 with a CA125 of 20 and this has slowly risen to June 2015 CA125 of 44. So I will

Endo on lung
Hi everyone, I was diagnosed last April. I have a 4.5cm lesion on the left lung in between the two lobes. I started coughing up significant amounts of blood which lead to my diagnosis. I was put on Depo and Zolerex which was supposed to stop my periods. After they continued and further CT scan showed

Letrozole (Femara)
Hi Everybody. My wife has been taking Letrozole now for a while, and whilst it seems to be doing some good on the face of it, the side effects are quite severe. Unbelievable tiredness (she was never this tired even whilst having Chemo), joint aches and general lethargy. It is a marked change in her.

Switching from clomid to letrozole?
Hi Just wondering if anyone had been switched from clomid to letrozole? I've been taking clomid 100mg for the last four cycles with day 21 bloods coming back with no sign of ovulation so the consultant I'm under has switched me to letrozole for the next three cycles. I wasn't told he was changing

Please can you help and advise re: blood tests
I posted about a week ago. I am on thyroxin 100mcg for hypothyroidism for last 30 years. Letrozole and Calcium/Vitamin D3 (for breast cancer diagnosed 2 years ago). Did not do well on thyroid meds so Dr agree to change to Eltroxin many years ago. Recently back on Levothyroxine as Eltroxin no longer available
