Anyone out there taking Letrozole for ovarian cancer?
I was diagnosed with clear cell ovarian cancer late stage 1 as of last year. Went through chemo and had a recurrence this last sept for a tumor found on my abdominal wall. I am now being treated with Letrozole to keep tumors at bay , Has anyone out there taken this drug if so what did you think?

Oestradiol after Letrozole
Hi! I have done 3 rounds of unsuccessful Letrozole fertility treatment. Starting a 4th cycle and my oestradiol on day 3 was LOW even tho I have not been taking Letrozole for two weeks now. Previous my levels were normal. Anybody else have their levels drop like this? Will they rise to normal with time

Pulse rate in neck very frightening in the evening
Every evening my pulse in my neck goes a bit wild! Bumping and throbbing, impossible to try and count beats during 60 seconds. I feel fine and try to take my pulse on my wrist and all seems normal! I feel fine just very conscious of this disco beat in my neck. I’m a newbie to PAF-Fb. I’m on Apixiban

Info on clinical trial with "Oral Faslodex/Fulvestrant"?
Hi everyone, After 3.5 years of positive response on Ibrance/Letrozole, my wife has seen some progression--so yesterday, she began a new clinical trial (ACT16105) which is a Phase II trial of SAR439859, a Sanofi compound. From my (limited!) understanding, this is an attempt to develop an oral Selective

Ibrance and CFS
I'm on my second cycle of Ibrance with Letrozole. 125 mg the first cycle, now down to 100 mg because my neutrophils were at 0.9 at the end of the week off. Took another 10 days before starting second cycle. But the fatigue is getting debilitating. I walk for about 40 min every day and am normally active

Having a low day... are my eggs just bad?
I am having a low day, I feel so disappointed, once again. I needed to start my second cycle of Clomid this month with double dosage of 100mg, since 50mg did absolutely nothing last month (no ovulation). After few days of spotting when wiping (and nothing on the pad) my period arrived yesterday with

Ibrance on Hold
Hi all, Hope everyone is doing ok on on this roller coaster called life. I wanted to check in and see if anyone has ever had to pause their Ibrance. My mom somehow contracted Hepatitis A (the "friendly" hepatitis your body should be able to fight off on it's own) and her oncologist took her off Ibrance

Reflux and difficulty swallowing
Hello ladies My mum currently on ibrance and letrozole since April for small tumor in the lung and lymph node. I have already posted saying how devastated I am, beyond heartbroken. However she has had good weeks but the last few weeks terrible with shakes, difficulty swallowing and a sense of chest irritation

Treatment done🙏🏼🙏🏼 With a smile
Bloods were good so was given my injection of Denosumab, Ibrance and Letrozole. Saw a really lovely nurse today who made me feel human. We laughed and swapped notes on apple crumble recipes. Was a pleasure. I told her I had lost a crown but she was happy for me to see what my dentist says. I asked about

Letrozole Ibrance and Denosumab Meds
Hi ladies, just a quick question. Has anyone on Letrozole, Ibrance and Denosumab had any tooth problems? Since being on the meds I’ve had a tooth extracted and as most of you know it caused ONJ that hasn’t healed in 14 months and now I have a broken tooth and lost a crown on the other side of my mouth

Tumour marker spiked again, anyone had this and it's not being progression?
Good morning, Yesterday I had my H&P infusions, the second lot on their own without docetaxel which ended in August. Whilst at the hospital I had bloods taken to keep an eye on tumour markers etc...since my scan after chemo finished showed minimal response in some of the cancer and slight progress in

Waiting for my scan this morning. Why am I such a pessimist?
90 days on everolimus and letrozole. Some side effects. Not terrible. But, the constant ache under my ribcage and heartburn/gastric issues have me very worried the liver lesions have increased. Wheezy breathing and a bit of a cough are also concerning. Bottom line, we know nothing until we have scan

Lyrica - side effects
Hi I’ve just been reading some of the recent posts about medication for RLS. I can honestly say the only thing that worked for myself was co codomol a 60 mg dose before bed time. I have bowel complications ( high risk of blockage ) And found that this was making me too constipated so had to stop . I
