Solgar sublingual methylcobalamin - unsealed?

Hi - I have just received a jar of Solgar methylcobalamin “nuggets” that I ordered from eBay as I’m a bit disorganised and wanted them quickly. I’ve not used them before, but have read that they come with a kind of wadding inside to stop damage in transit. I’m possibly overthinking….this jar did have its plastic wrapper seal intact, but the lid was loose, there was nothing to peel off the top (like you get on some vitamins) and no wadding. Can anyone tell me if there should be wadding, or if there should be a paper seal on the top?

Thank you

I have bought these in the past from a pharmacy and the bottle did have wadding, an intact seal and a perforated plastic sleeve over the lid.

In my case the sublinguals didn’t really have any effect.

I think I would ask the seller for a refund. The seal could have been re fixed and Solgar vitamins have a plastic sleeve that covers the label not just the lid. Definitely tamper proof.

I wouldn't take anything that could possibly have been tampered with. I buy a lot from eBay but wouldn't accept anything like that. It's quite easy to take off a top and put it back without leaving evidence.
