Biting the bullet

Hi all, after lurking and dithering for so long I've decided to bite the bullet and try SI.

I know there are millions of posts on the topic but my brain fog is out of control 🥴, could somebody please give me links or clear instructions as to what I need to buy and do.

I will need methylcobalamin as I'm MTHFR and I assume versandapo.de is the place to go but specifics on dose and needles would be greatly appreciated.

❤

I really don’t think that you do need Methylcobalamin if you have MTHFR . It has been explained by a scientist on this forum .Hydroxocobalamin will work well for you . Have you scientific evidence that you need Methylcobalamin ?

You can obtain powdered methylcobalamin from Oxford Biosciences . But this has to be rehydrated with pure saline ( only available on prescription in U.K. .) It’s made up into a several dose quantity , which really is not ideal , due to the possibility of contamination in a domestic situation .

You can obtain single dose ampoules from a manufacturing pharmacy in Munich Germany . They only sell their products to health professionals , but make an exception with Methylcobalamin ampoules . So you need to email them and request prices etc.

manufaktur@arnika-apo.de

Hydroxocobalamin is the type of B12 used in the NHS . Can be obtained from excellent German online pharmacies .

I will send you more information , privately .

P.S. versandapo do not sell Methylcobalamin ampoules . Only Hydroxocobalamin and Cynocobalamin. Arnika are the only producers of Methylcobalamin ampoules that I know of .
