Oxford Biosciences in the UK have methylcobalamin in powder form to which must be added sterile saline solution (also available from them).

hello bess48, I use Methylcobalamin from oxfordbiosciences.com. Its in a small bottle, dry, 20 or 40 mg, is reconstituted with medical sterile saline 10 ml. Resources section has more details.
