Solgar methylcobalamin - unsealed?

Hi - I have just received a jar of Solgar methylcobalamin “nuggets” that I ordered from eBay as I’m a bit disorganised and wanted them quickly. I’ve not used them before, but have read that they come with a kind of wadding inside to stop damage in transit. I’m possibly overthinking….this jar did have its plastic wrapper seal intact, but the lid was loose, there was nothing to peel off the top (like you get on some vitamins) and no wadding. Can anyone tell me if there should be wadding, or if there should be a paper seal on the top?

I don’t know about yours, but I recently bought Solgar Digestive Enzymes and they had cotton wool, top paper seal and a bottle sealing wrap.

I should question the seller about it.

I would expect all supplements to be sealed. And, as appropriate for its form, have something to stop the nuggets/tablets/etc. from getting damaged in transit.

Definitely seems right to complain if sold as a new product!
