Question on CRPC
I have been on Abiraterone for over 4 years which controls my PSA to <0.05. Initially, I also had Lupron which took me to castrate level and it stayed that way even till now it is still at <20 ng/dl. PSA started rising and doubling in the last 4-5 quarters. Onc says I should take Lupron. If I am already

How many 3-months injections of lupron for 2-year-long ADT
Please warriors, help me to finding the right answers. According to my bio and studies I shall be under ADT for two years. I started 01/2022. How many 3-months-injections should I go for? When I get my last one in October 2023, I would have full cover until 01/2024. But last time my testosterone recovery

Nausea
For those of you who experience regular hot flashes, as I do, from lupon or other, do you feel a rush of nauseousness before your hot flash comes on? Seems like my oxybutynin tapers down the intensity of hot flashes but not this weird nauseous thing. Wondering about taking medicines like ondanestron.

New G10 to the group
I was diagnosed in 2017 as a G10, details are in my profile, the diagnosis after scans was there was no mets detected. Did 3 weeks of IMRT, LDR Brachy and 2 years of ADT. PSA was always undetectable after first Lupron shot. In Jan 2020 went off ADT and remained undetectable for ~12 months, by Jan

Leg cramps
About 4 months on Lupron. Besides the miriad of daily hot flashes, mild tired, I have been feeling decent, but last few days lots of leg, calf, and other muscle cramps. Can this be related to Lupron? Taking Oxybuton for hot flash, but low dose. Any reason not to take a potassium and magnesium supplement

Tired of education and self advocacy
My MO seems fine. He answers all my questions, and is not defensive. I have always understood his answers and reasoning in the moment. But I leave feeling sidetracked and confused about why I agreed with him. He's both newly minted as an MO and so far every conversation is leading back to SOC. And

Are there any clinical trials currently using mRNA technologies to fight PC?
Still in the fight 13 years out using SBRT for tumors and Lupron and Xtandi for system wide control currently. Just wondering if there are any trials out there using mRNA technologies to harness the human immune system in the fight. Seems like a logical next step.

Input Needed.
Hi, Looking for some communal input from this knowledgeable forum. First, some bullet point history to help fine tune the responses: • I was diagnosed with advanced stage, mPC in mid-2020. I have a rare type of PC that does not exhibit elevated PSA. It’s very aggressive and difficult to treat. My PSA

periodontal side effects
Lupron just keeps on giving unpleasant surprises. My teeth are becoming loose and I must decide on implants vs. dentures. Have others gone down this road? My dental insurance won’t pay for implants. I’m wondering if my supplemental might as the problem is a likely side effect of treatment for PCA.
