If your testosterone is above castration levels it could explain the increase in PSA.

How many weeks did you wait before measuring the PSA after the Pluvicto treatment?

I am getting my first injection next week, as part of the Eclipse Trial, and they said it was not uncommon for an increase after the first. I think it has to do with the dying cancer. It may even be a sign that the therapy is working? You might ask them?

Of course, the scans will tell what is going on.

Did he have any problem with his saliva glands. As part of the consent form for this trial, they said they would apply ice to them before and after the injection but now they are saying they have found it is not a problem. What dosage did he get?

Hang in there. We were told PSA could increase after treatment. I have to admit we’d be discouraged if that had happened, but realize it still could. The roller coaster continues. Best wishes to you.

I have had 3 shots so far, the PSA is still not down to where it used to be when I started, at the end of chemo. Still not sure if it is the dying cells or new cancer growth -

09/12/2022 - 7th round of chemo. PSA down to 9.04 from 17

10/20/2022 - PSA 12.44 - Pluvicto started

11/08/2022 - PSA 16.47

11/29/2022 - PSA 13.892, 2nd Pluvicto infusion

01/11/2023 - PSA 23.115, 3rd Pluvicto infusion

02/01/2023 - PSA 19.15

02/01/2023 - PSA 21.37, 4th Pluvicto infusion delayed due to the shortage.

My PSA jumped up after first infusion of Pluvicto.......from 32.5 to 42.6. Oncologist said all is normal for PSA to do this. Will get some fluids pumped into me next Monday in hopes i will come out of this feeling of down and sore and no energy.
