PMDD and endometriosis help
Have been told by doctors that my
mental
health
has nothing to do with my periods (which is obviously crazy as not only is it a direct hormonal impact, it is simply the depression of being disabled for two weeks of every month - isn't that a very valid reason for being upset?).

lemon sole with a chive sauce .
pan fried the fish two minutes each side in a little olive oil . Nice with a chive sauce over , used sour cream and a Dijon mustard (1/2 tsp) plus chives . No bones in the fish at M&S . My main meal today at 1330 . Is it better to have a smaller meal at 1730 than lunchtime to lose weight ? Thanks

Is it B12 anemia? I’m confused.
Have been told likely menopausal, or
mental
health
issues, or more recently fibromyalgia, which I guess it could be, but… I have had blood results of B12 ranging from 275ng/L to 437ng/L (reference ranges do seem to differ??)

I have noticed a steady decline in my
mental
health
since starting the Buprenorphine and that's saying a lot considering the state I have found myself after struggling with RLS for so many years.

thrush in mouth
I have had antibiotics lately and have thrush in my mouth. I have been prescribed Nystan to take 4 times a day. The nurse /practioner said also rinse my mouth after using my steroid inhaler. The problem is do I rinse and spit or rinse and swallow? Swallowing is so much easier

Aciclovir as prevention for shingles
I wish to express my deepest thanks to all fellow members who have responded to my recent enquiry. There has been consensus in all replies confirming that prescribing Aciclovir is standard practice.
