HRT & Supplements
Hi I’ve been on HRT for a month now (oestrogen gel and progesterone tablets). I’m also taking Levo and T3. I’m slowly easing back in my supplements as I wanted to start the HRT on its own. I’m now back on vitamin B complex and vitamin D but I want to add in magnesium. However I’m not sure if it’s

some ways to alleviate anxiety and stay out of the depths of depression
I have had severe depression and anxiety much of my life and having been through it for so long, i’ve learned some ways to help myself and stay motivated, manage mental illness and wanted to share in hopes it might help someone else. 1) do at least one productive task (a load of laundry, answer work

Women, menopause and running
Having now started some real research on menopause and running, I’ve found this excellent advice via the Women’s Sports Network. How Oestrogen loss during peri-/menopause affects a runner's bones, muscles, tendons and joints. WITH: Sports Injury Physio . https://youtu.be/Pel15uj2kDc

Laura Update - No More Chemo - On to Letrozole
Well, ladies, I have had some disappointing news these last few weeks. I went for my regular pre-Chemo blood tests, but my Oncologist called me the next day to say my Liver function looked bad. I wouldn’t be having Chemo and instead would get an Ultrasound of my liver. Also, my cancer marker had shot

To be on Ibrance or not?
To be on Ibranceor not? I moved from CA to PA and last Nov. had a pet scan and it was cancer free, clear. I was on Ibrance and letrozole for two years as my cancer came back in left lymph nodes again. I had estrogen type cancer in left breast in 2009 and had a double mastectomy and chemo. Then for 5

Very low ER positive MBC
Does anyone know anything about the treatment of very low estrogen positive MBC? I was on arimidex for three years before my MBC was diagnosed, and during that time the ER went down from 99 percent to 2 percent. I have been put on ibrance and faslodex. I know this treatment is designed for ER positive

I've had conflicting advice for my next stage of treatment in the hope I will go into a more natural menapause. Has anyone taken

Getting diagnosed
I am 40 years old and have dealt with chronic pelvic pain for years. I am in the US, but I enjoy this forum and I hope it's okay to post here. I'll give you a bit of my history. In 2017, I had several uterine polyps removed. At the time, my surgeon wanted to explore for endometriosis, but I could
