e2 patch
well I finally got to meet with y Oncologist last week regarding use of estradiol (e2) patch to battle against osteoporosis / osteopenia because the 90 day Xgeva dosing (down from every 28 daysx 2 years) doesn't seem to be doing much. He claims the possible cardiovascular side effects from the PATCH

booked in for full hysterectomy
hey I had a lap back in October and it looks like the endo has returned so I’m booked in for a total hysterectomy! I’m really scared about it all. How are you after yours? Has it changed you at all? I’ve already started hrt and get on really well with the oestrogel especially with less adhd symptoms

I’m on my mock cycle for a IVF donor egg transfer. I’ve started oestrogen patches but I seem to be getting shooting electric shock pains up the side of my head / neck. Has anybody experienced similar? Many thanks xx

Anyone had lots of eggs but no embryos from 1st cycle any chance on 2nd cycle?! Change stims? Change clinic?! Supplements?
I'm 39, have PCOS but they think it's more hypothalamic amenorrhea that's causing annovulatuon. Clomid and letrazole didn't work. I have a high AMH, BMI just got above19. We just did our first and only cycle of IVF allowed on NHS and I got 14 eggs collected from over 15 follicles & oestrogen was over

Endometrial thickness
I have just been for a checkup and was told my thickness was 8.6 mm at 6 day post ovulation in the middle of the luteal phase. Is this a problem? I read the lining should be much thicker at this stage.. I don't have any other signs of low oestrogen but i am 43. Thanks in advance. Any experience or advice

When is the big oestrogen drop ?
Hello I am 2 years after my last period and I just wondered if the big drop in oestrogen would have happened recently or if it would have been a couple of years ago. I have a history of depression and anxiety although was very well mentally in peri menopause. Have had a recent relapse and just wondered

ovulating on HRT cycle for FET
Hi Im stressing out abit as I’ve been taking oestrogen tablets as instructed for my FET and somehow on my scan today there was a dominant follicle! They took my bloods and said it may be cancelled depending on what was going on with the follicle. I rang for the blood results and they were positive

advice again please
sorry for yet another post. I have recently reduced my thyroxine from 75 to 50 due to suspected over medication since having my child 20months ago and no longer being in the pill. Even though my bloods have been in range (TSH 0 or 1). I lowered it from 100 last year and my severe anxiety got better

ca125 up from last reading
I’m 49 and in 2019 was diagnosed with stage 1c2. It was found in pathology after having ovaries removed prophylactically due to finding out I was BRCA1 positive. I had 3 rounds of taxol and carboplatin. I might mention that my ca125 was 8 so never indicated cancer. During chemo my number rose to 9.

I’m a 47 yo female with existing thyroid issues, and I’m on progesterone to help with thyroid uptake. However, last night I wakened with a full blown anxiety attack. It was about 330am which is obvs when your cortisol kicks in, but I couldn’t shift it, and now at gone 12 noon I’m still feeling very

Hysterectomy, HRT and possible flare up
HI Ladies. So, I was diagnosed with stage 4 endometriosis when I was about 30 years old (Im now 45). I've had 2 laproscopys, 1 laperotomy and finally a total hysterectomy when I was 40. My ovaries were completely stuck to everything else around them, major pain, also had endo on my bowel, pretty much

Optimum
I’m UAT and take 1 grain Armour Thyroid am and 3/4 pm with vitamin D, K2 , Mg and B Complex. I’m also on Oestrogel and Utrogestan. TSH is suppressed due to long term T3. What is actually considered optimum levels for T4 and T3 - also vitamin D? Consultant (private) reduced my AT dose by 1/4 grain
