Hi, hope everyone is safe and well.

I've been on Gnrh prostape analogue injections for 12 months which have worked well despite a shaky start and so e side effects to HRT.

I've had conflicting advice for my next stage of treatment in the hope I will go into a more natural menapause.

Has anyone taken the pill and HRT patches at the same time to stabilise hormones, help so that the lining of uterus does not thicken cause awful end I pain I've had for so many years.

Gyne said to cone off hrt 2 weeks after last injection. Then I won't have any oestrogen in my system till mine kicks on.

My doctor has investigated and said prevention is the key take the pill and lower dose of the HRT patches that have been working for me. I'm 47.

Any help experience with this would help as I've stopped the injections almost 2 weeks.

Thank you for listening it's been a long tough road with ops and pain.

I'm scared of messing it up. I have arthritis diagnosed since I was 42 need some help , thank you.
