Issues with meds before FET
Hey ladies, I’m curious to know if anyone has had any issues with the oestrogen tablets before a FET? I’m on day 2 of them and have to take 3 a day but one of my knees has swollen due to water retention and I’m worried it’s because of the tablets. I did do a workout on day 1 of the tablets but I work

PET to image estrogen receptors
Hello everyone and Merry Christmas! I read awhile back on here about women getting PET scans which used agents to image estrogen receptors, not the typical glucose agent. Can someone tell me what the test is called (PET imaging with FES?) and if you’ve used it, has it helped in detection of any new

Boosting Low labido, Testosterone, progesterone
Has anyone taken a particular supplement or combined, mini pill or mirena coil and found it has had positive benefits on increasing labido? I feel oike my thyroid symptoms and levels are managed quite well but still no labido and that makes me sad. Scared to try anything incase it has a negative impact

2nd Miscarriage - Any Advice?
My wife (36) and I (33) have been struggling to conceive with unexplained infertility. We started IVF back in July and had a fresh transfer followed by a double FET last month, sadly both attempts ended in an early miscarriage before week 6. We started with 7 embyros and now we have 3 left now (1 didn't

Any live birth success transfering PGT-A aeuploids? Or much better egg quality after high dose ubliquinol?
I’m 40. I just found out that all of my FIVE day 5 blastocysts came back aeuploid from the PGT-A. Massively disappointed as my FSH was 5.4 to start and Estrogen response was 3 times better than my last retervial when i was 38, even my husband sperm quality has improved. But the result didn’t add up.

Should I stop any supplements after transfer?
Hi all, Am finally getting to go through my first frozen transfer after 3 cancelled cycles (one fresh two frozen). I'm currently taking a few supplements (have been for at least 9 -12 months) but is there any that I should stop taking the day of or after transfer? I assume most are fine but just wanted

Follicle confused with cyst
Hi ladies just wondering if anyone has shared the same experience as I had. I was going for cycle monitoring for TIC & my follicle size was measuring @ 1.7 cm for 2 scans. Then they noticed a decrease in my estrogen levels & thought that it may be a cyst not a follicle. They will do another blood test

I feel my PBC is getting worse and no one is listening
hi everyone, I haven’t posted in a while as things haven’t been too bad regarding my PBC and I was getting on with life, but these last 6 months have been awful. In the summer my LFTs spiked ALP was 236, itching through the roof, fatigue terrible, mood swings, feeling really low. The spike was caused

Searching for estrogen patch or gel
Dear brothers and sisters. I reside in El Salvador and am searching for estrogen in patch or gel wondering if this might help hold off the beast, as it has for Ronron and others. In El Salvador, they only have tablets of .65 mg. I have read that the tablets are dangerous because they are processed

egg collection - oestrogen level over 14000
Hey all! I had my last scan and bloods today and egg collection confirmed for Wednesday- nervous and excited! They have told me due to high follicle (23) and oestrogen (14,780) levels it will be a freeze all and I’m at serious risk of OHSS… if we are lucky enough to get embryos I really wanted to go

New to OP, Hormone for building bones
It was suggested that there is a hormone that helps to build bone. I am not talking about estrogen. Soon I will be 70 and that hormone has an increased risk of cancer. Is there another hormone for bone density? I have taken the recommended supplements, 1200 mg calcium and D3 along with the recommended

OHSS possible with a low number of eggs?
Severe bloating and massive pain in the abdomen (and even more sever ones every 5 minutes or so) and I cannot even lie down due to shooting pain in the rib cage. The doctor thinks it is ohss. Can it happen with a low number of eggs? My estrogen level was elevated before egg collection but nothing concerning
