5th attempt - first frozen embryo transfer on 28th March
So the 2WW is with us after our first frozen embryo transfer yesterday. It’s been a mediated cycle and the first one we’ve used blood thinners and steroids. Also on extra progesterone this time so on lubion injections once a day as well as the pessaries 3 times a day. Taking oestrogen 4 times a day also

New Data: Finasteride Safely Prevents Prostate Cancer'These Results Are Transformational,' Says Researcher May 20, 2018
But: "Who uses it today? Almost nobody." "We have answered the questions and closed the book." As reported in 2003, the risk for prostate cancer over the initial 7-year study period was 25% lower with finasteride than with placebo. That risk reduction now "goes out to 16 years, at least," (unlike ADT

Does anyone know much about estrogen and progesterone issues?
Sorry I have posted so many questions and I think this may be in the wrong place but I was wondering if anyone might know. I have had sore throat and achy body/muscles, I feel like I’m coming down with the flu, I’ve had this for a a year, there is no pattern but 80% of the last year I’ve had these symptoms

Finally Got Up Enough Nerve to Show My Boobs After four Years (next month) On Estradiol Gel.
After a failed prostate surgery, and an unfounded lymph node surgery, the 'only' thing that I am doing now to keep my PC at bay is applying transdermal E2 gel. My last PSA was 0.0I2. I took this pic tonight in the gym. Sorry if it grosses some of you out; however, many guys are curious as to how badly

ADT and mental issues
I have done a dozen ADT sessions (4 weeks to 5 months). Each time I used a low or high-dose estrogen patch. I did one in January/March and did not use an estrogen patch. So my testosterone was close to zero as well as my estrogen. I have never had mental issues when I did ADT. This time I did. Depression

Cyclogest or utrogestan??
Hi all, it’s been a while since I’ve posted on here. We are currently pursuing egg donation and are hopefully going to be matched with a donor very soon! 🤞🏼🤞🏼 It may seem a silly question but our clinics pharmacy has prescribed us utrogestan and estradiol for my progesterone and estrogen medicine

Oral vs transdermal estrogen

However, this article claims that oral estrogen is more cardio-protective: https://www.hormonedoc.net/files/2019/01/WLM-rouzier-editorial-for-part-1-email-1.pdf It states that the risks of oral estrogen are related

Do you lower your dose of estrogen (progynova) after FET?
For an FET - I’ve always continued on the same does of estrogen (progynova) from my first scan until pregnancy test. I’ve read a couple of blogs that suggest estrogen dose is lowered after transfer? Does anyone do that? Yes/no? Thanks ❤️
