Clomid help
I've had a weeks course of medroxyprogesterone to bring on a period, so that I can then take clomid on days 2 - 6. I got a really light start to a period yesterday but it's now stopped, does anyone know if I should still start today? Or wait until 2 consecutive days? My clinic is closed now and don't

Changing progesterone days - mid cycle bleeding
I'm taking everol 50 patches and medroxyprogesterone tablets. It's the one combination I'm able to tolerate that helps stop my mid cycle bleeding and my issues with other progesterone types sending me crazy. I upped my patch to 75 to try and get rid of the last of my symptoms, but it made everything

Levo dose advice during IVF cycle - impact of HRT

Hello all, you have all been incredibly kind and helpful in the past.. and I wondered if I could pick your brains again about my latest test results.. I have been following Ray Peat’s ‘non diet’ diet, and I’m wondering if actually it’s not working for me. To me I can see that my estrogen is at the lower

FET meds query
Hi all, does anyone know the general guidance on how long progesterone and estrogen are recommended following a successful FET? On some of the general paperwork my clinic gave me, it states 8 weeks but this seems way too low? Let me know your thoughts as I think I might try and argue this if they try

Total vs Free T4 and T3 tests
A regular question is whether we should test Free T4 and/or T3, or Total T4 and/or T3. Anyone using Utrogestan to keep thyroid levels steady?
I’m on T3 only and have been very successful with it for quite a few years. A couple of years back owing to becoming a laydee of a certain age, I was prescribed desogestrel (a progesterone only pill) to keep my hormones levels stable. I had found they were dipping regularly and my dose hadn’t changed

Cancelled cycle due to bad response
Hello everyone, I am posting this for a Friend who is in need of experiences and feedback on her situation. Her cycle was cancelled because her oocytes (eggs) did not grow during stimulation. She has looked into various causes (her amh is good) and thinks that it is due to deficiency in estrogen. She

documenting changes
so I had been struggling with a flare up in my rls since starting HRT 2 months ago and although the estrogen may be the cause I want to document what’s going on to look back at. So the last 4 days it seems to be easing off but I can’t pinpoint why. Things iv realised : when I started HRT , I also started
