Ladies on Utrogestan and Oestrogel for hrt

I have very recently started hrt, in fact 5 days in. I know at some point I will have a withdrawal bleed but I'm noticing the tell tale signs of period like cramps increasing already (i haven't had a period for months but have been experiencing the cramping continuously regardless).

But there are 2 other things here...

I stopped taking DIM just yesterday and I now wonder if this was doing more than i anticipated.

Prior to being prescribed hrt I had been using Wellsprings progesterone cream, only for a few weeks but day before yesterday started the 6 day break recommended for this. Why was I still using this after being prescribed hrt? The practitioner I spoke to said that I could use the Wellsprings until it was finished as its such a low dose.

My question is, had anyone used Wellsprings and experienced withdrawal bleed? (appreciate its a personal question so pm if preferred).

Or could the DIM have started to wear off already?

Or is this a "normal" reaction to hrt in such early stage?

thanks helvella . I cant believe its been 9 month and I am still 'tweaking;' my bhrt doseage to strike the right balance. So disappointing, I really thought I would be further forward now and fighting fit 😐
