Muscle pain is common in people with low thyroid hormone.
Is 25mcg T3 the total amount you are taking ? You also have Hashi so may have some inflammation causing issues such as your body being unable to use the T3.Are you taking steps to keep thyroid antibodies at a minimum ?
Do you know your thyroid hormones, TSH serum levels ? Iron ? Nutrients ? ... a deficiency in magnesium is known to cause muscle tightness.
If you have big adrenal issues, low potassium caused by high aldosterone can cause weakness and muscle spasms. Are you medicating other adrenal supports ?
Paul Robinson advocates 10-15mcg mcg T3 when using T3 to encourage a positive adrenal response, as it is thought any more can encourage too large a response for compromised adrenals to support. What is your body temp like ? Pulse rate ?
If you give more info, members will be able to respond better.
