What is IBS
A simple question, but seems to me IBS is lots of different conditions all under the same name for the Docs convenience. Eg. BAM, SIBO. Diverticulitis. Coeliac disease. Gall stone problems. Pancras problems ect ect. They do the standard tests then if no answers they give up!

Scared :(
I recently made a post explaining how I have missed a period, my last one being the 25/26th of November. I am 1000% not pregnant. My doctor sent me for bloods on Wednesday and on the Friday the came back normal. I was told the only thing was my hormones and I had to make a routine app with my Dr. Later

RLS temporary relief found
I found RLS temporary relief from a topical vaporizing rub. I am currently using Equate brand vaporizing rub. It contains Menthol, Camphor , and Eucalyptus oil. If I am experiencing RLS or forgot to take my medication on time, I rub this on both legs from top to bottom. Works in less than one minute

Hair loss help please
Hey there. I am almost 49, perimenopausal and one of my symptoms is thinning, breaking, falling hair. It's coming out a lot and getting very broken, weak and patchy. I have 'hair and skin' multi vitamins, vit d, eve primrose oil and eat very well (mainly veggie with a little fish and occasional meat)

Could too much sugar or not enough food be the cause?
I have been researching this internal vibration, coupled with sweating and that chest crunch/pain. It is bad. I don’t even want to go to sleep so I don’t have to wake up. Labs all done - all good - but, one thing that came up was hypoglycemia. The other was hunger and dehydration. I eat while I
