So called "treat"!
So, I just had my mid-point B210K reward, a sports
massage
. I am very lucky in that we have a trained sports
massage
guy come into our offices twice a month offering discounted massages. But what was I thinking?! Treat? TREAT?!

Baby steps ! Minimally conscious. Buh bye trach.
Keep showing them photos, talking to them, recording messages from friends n family, playing music, body
massage
, i let Russ lick suckers or a potato chip...keep researching, thinking and get creative. The brain needs stimulation. Touch, taste, smell, hearing, sight - hit them all.

Water retention/ lymphedema-like symptoms after chemo
A lymphatic drainage
massage
and compression stockings have given significant relief. I am told that the condition may disappear in time with this treatment. I am just wondering if anyone has had a similar condition and if this might indeed be related to the chemotherapy?

Locked up muscles
I went and got a
massage
today and as the day progressed all the muscles I had just painfully relaxed where all jammed up again. Does anyone else have this and what can I do I constantly feel like I’ve been in a boxing match

Mysterious pain
I used to try and
massage
to get to the pain but never found it. I could almost follow it up through my calf and thigh and bum but not locate the source. My instinct was to warm my feet, the pain was a bit like the initial pain of putting your foot in freezing cold water.

where to find help -Chronic pain all over body, feels like veins bursting throbbing and joints muscles cramping and nerves screeching
I do try
massage
and have done the pelvic kegal exercises when my bladder is not screeching with inflammation. Toning my 'core' does help slightly but I can be thrown back by getting constipated and /or having a tummy upset and I go all to pot again.

would lift me up, instead it’s knocked me for six.😡 I’ll try aqua movement from now on😀

Bone Pain?
I went for a
massage
the other day but the masseur couldn’t get rid of them. I HATE going to the doctors so thought I would see on here first if anyone else suffers in this way. Thank you

Which Massager
I have been on you tube and have peroneal stretches, but I am also trying to rub the muscles but can't get my leg in a position where it remains relaxed and in position to
massage
. I have seen a hand held on Amazon but any suggestions will be welcome. Thanks

Hip / Leg Pain
Exercise,
massage
and muscle stretching doesn't seem to change the pain levels. Muscle relaxers don't give long-term relief although since they knock me out quickly, I do have relief since I'm asleep. Anti inflammatory meds do nothing at all.

Watsu water massage.
Does anyone have any experience of this? I have SLE, EDS and chronic pain. I have been advised to avoid yoga at all costs but have been offered at watsu package by a friend at a spa. I'm a bit worried about overstretching muscles and joints etc. Dies anyone have any experience if this?

Return after a week off - calf pains were dehydration all along!
I had a sports
massage
yesterday and the masseuse advices me that there wasn’t a problem with my calf muscles and was I drinking enough water? Suddenly it all made sense. I *have* been dehydrated recently and I used to have this exact same problem when I used to swim a lot.

Stiff shoulder and neck pain
I Posted a while ago about this debilitating pain in my shoulders and neck.I’ve had a 6 week physio course and pay privately from
massage
, acupuncture, guy sha and magnet therapy. Although both these help, I’m now in such pain it’s affecting my day to day life, not to mention my mood.
