More decisions - Avastin, Niraparib or Letrozole
My Mum, who has done 6 rounds of chemo, 2 with Avastin, has just been told she still doesn't present as suitable for surgery. We have mixed emotions about this as she is in her early 80s, although previously very fit and healthy. She has been given 3 options to try to keep things at bay before possibly

Intrusive thoughts
I finished my series chemo (first time I've had it) almost a year ago. Great news! But, I have to go for 3monthly checks and am finding it really difficult to forget about cancer. I get lots of intrusive thoughts about it. I'm about to have a second series of counselling, just wondered what anyone else

Chemo vs Pluvicto study
My friend is going to be in a trial comparing Pluvicto to Docetaxel. My question is why? Docetaxel has been around for so long that I would think they have all the info on it. PFS as well as OS. As well, the study was announced in 2021 so why are they still recruiting?

My mother's good news
Hello ladies, Once again, I wanted to share the good news with you because I know how important it is to see positive stories and examples. Today we got my mother's PET results (her last PET scan was in September 2022) and they showed stable disease. She will continue taking Olaparib. We are beyond

Recurrence in Peritoneum
Hi ladies! Just had an update on my 53 year old Mum. For context, she was diagnosed HGS stage 3c/4a in Jan 2022, had three rounds of chemo, optimal debulking surgery with full hysterectomy and removal of omentum, and then three more rounds of chemo. Declared NED in August 2022, and has been on Avastin

I had 3 round of taxol developed neuropathy and discontinued treatment but completed the 6 rounds of carboplatin. Neither treatments helped my cancer. Did Keytruda infusion with Lenvima pills not working. No approved therapists left, except for a clinical trial if I qualify and am accepted? Good luck

The endo biopsy revealed cancer
Hello, everyone I'm 39 years old, I had a surgery 17 days before, I removed an endometriosis mass with fibroid and one ovary. Yesterday I received the biopsy results, it shows a tumor carcinoma high stage, they need to complete the test by immunochemistry test, and I'll get the results after 15 days.

Smartwatch ecg
Hi there everyone. I was diagnosed with mild LVSD after chemotherapy treatment and have been on bisoprolol and ramipril for a few years. I've recently discovered my watch can do ecg's , but my results do not look like my husbands and all the other 'normal' ecgs online. They have large waves. I will
