Entire body/nervous system sensitivities with Afib?
After intravenous
magnesium
and then intravenous beta blockers, followed by oral beta blockers made no difference at all to my extremely high BP and heart rate they did the electric shock thing. When I came round I felt this overwhelming peace and calmness. Not just in my chest, but all over.

Leg cramps back
The
magnesium
tablet advice is only to take one a day and not to exceed stated dose. I use
magnesium
spray topically when I get woken up, but wonder if that's all I can do. I have trouble sleeping usually and waking each night with cramp isn't helping.

Evening all. Anyone on here take Tom Oliver 600 mg Mag. Taurate. I've got some and it seems a lot more than recommended dose for females. Thanks.

A&E Experience
At one point they put me on a
Magnesium
Drip and injected some meds into me, but that dropped my heart rate too low and I passed out. I work up with an oxygen mask on and they were injecting medication into me to reverse the previous medication.

Deficiences caused by B12 injection therapy...
I have cellular
magnesium
and zinc deficiencies as a result of B12 injection therapy - this means my body is overall deficient at a cellular level even though most of the time my serum blood results for
magnesium
and zinc are normal. Has anyone else experienced this?

Iron advice please
From what I’ve read on here trying to increase my level to 75-100 might help so I’m now taking Vitamin D in the morning,
magnesium
in the day and 1 x ferrous sulphate along with a vitamin C tablet approx 30 mins before bed (every other day) .

What I have learned from 1 year with Early Onset PD - "Glass Half Full"
•Supplements – lots of people advised lots of things and at the moment I am taking
Magnesium
, Vitamin B,C,D, Turmeric, Calcium •Mannitol – an industrial sugar – it has been recommended by many. Although not medically proven on humans there are those who say it works wonders.

Another half marathon 12/9/21 💜
The last 3k was tough going, had a few Paula Radcliffe moments along the way 🤣 fuelled by Percy 🐷, coconut water with a pinch of sea salt (used too much salt during first HM which acts as an enema - lesson learnt 😂) Well happy, ran another half marathon 12/9/21 especially as since first one on 11/

Symptoms but no diagnosis. Frustrating. I've tried everything and would appreciate any kind of advice. Please note this is a very long post.
I also started taking Milk Thistle, Vitamine B-complex and
Magnesium
. I'm also taking Pepsi-X for my gut as well as L-Glutamine powder and liquid probiotics as she pointed out that the scan showed I had an H-Pylori bacterial gut infection.

Magnesium
Can anyone please point me in the direction of a
magnesium
supplement or way of taking it which won’t upset my stomach? If I don’t take any I have tingling in my fingers after a couple of days and when I do I have crippling epigastric pain. Thank you.

Brain Fog
They are very minor now using
magnesium
. I have accepted my sporadic muscle weakness cramping etc. I still need to learn to not do stupid things. Yesterday I rescued an old blind dog who got stuck in the creek near our house. I fell into a patch of poison oak but the doggie was saved.
