Why is it that ectopics can often been somewhat painful and take your breath away?
I don't drink alcohol, caffeine, take drugs, and avoid most stressors that could trigger afib (ablated in 2017) and I take regular electrolytes, along with separate potassium,
magnesium
, taurine, l-arginine and a few others supplements (I also suffer with ME/CFS).

And every time I take
magnesium
I feel a lot better as well. Also I know you’re supposed to slow your Caffeine intake with anxiety but I feel like I need it at times to get my day going.

Hypermagnesemia and arrhythmias.
Then in the evening I had a piece of dark chocolate and my
magnesium
tablet. An hour later my heart made a jump and then sharp palpitations started. HB was 32 while my normal is twice that. It was accompanied with some chest pain and dizziness.

Fasting morning of blood test
he said he'd ask for B12, D, Folate, Ferritin, Calcium,
Magnesium
, and a few others, which seemed to cover a list I had made from this forum. So I am feeling reasonably confident that he and I can work together to get me as well as poss.

Detecting Magnesium deficiency
Hi All, I read an interesting link shared by namaha earlier that low levels of
magnesium
might be one the reasons for T2D. I would like to know if any one has found out a way to know your accurate(almost) Mg levels.

Irregular tinnitus.Constant high pitched sound of overhead electric cables
It comes and goes for no specific reason or triggers .Sometimes virtually no tinnitus at all and other times very distracting.I started taking 1 a day
magnesium
citrate 400mg with added vitamin B6 and 12 a few months ago .I think that may be helping slightly but certainly hasnt got rid of the tinnitus
