I have been taking daily 50ug of K2, purchased from Holland and Barrett at £13.99 for 30 capsules, this has been reasonable when it is on offer, of buy one get one for one penny. It hasn’t been on offer for sometime, wondering if anyone can suggest an alternative supplier at a reasonable cost please,

One of the reasons I don't take K2 supplements is the price here!! It does seem a pricey one. I assume I'm getting K2 as all the meat and dairy I eat is grass fed!
You shouldn't be taking more than 2 tablets of Calceos or AdCal - ifyou need more vit D it must be separate from the calcium or you would overdose on calcium. 2 tablets is the magnificent total of 800 IU vit D - which is the bare minimum vit D supplementation and not enough for daily requirements if you are not gaining it from sun - which most of us don't and probably can't. There is next to none in diet.
Thank you everyone for all the helpful information, I really appreciate each response, will take all information ‘on board’ during my journey. Wishing everyone a good week 😀
I buy when a penny sake too but I buy in larger quantities so I can cover for when they are on offer again. Also to get the free postage. H&B are expensive and I always wonder why.
I buy Holland and Barrett's all in one Calcium with vitamins D and K. The tablets are 3p each, but even cheaper when their offers are on. I supplement with additional vitamin D and magnesium.
Speak with your doctor regarding K2. One paper I read indicated it took 180 ug/d and 5 months before observing significant improvement. My doctor restricted me to 100 ug/d. It’s one of those vitamins that’s difficult to get through meals. I seem to remember it’s mainly present in certain fermented foods, in one particular available from Japan. For more detailed info search on that on internet.
100 mcg capsules of K2 MK-7 from Troo Healthcare cost £9.97 for 120 capsules. They come in flat bottles which are letter-box friendly. I have been using them for 3 years, with magnesium citrate and (aged 75) still have T-scores above osteopenia .
