Yes, you've been taking it for a few months now as it was being discussed in March. It's very likely that 400mcg will now be enough to maintain your level and possibly increase it too. When I had bottom of range folate I took 400mcg melthylfolate in Thorne Basic B and in 2.5 months my folate level was at the top of the range.

I gave you information about magnesium in reply to this post

You need magnesium if you take D3.

Nobody can tell you which form of magnesium you should take, each form has it's own uses and it's up to you to decide which is the right form for you. Check out these links which explain what each form does:

You will get the best value by shopping around. I get mine from a variety of places, first of all I decide on the brands that I am happy with, check prices on various websites and take into account whether or not there is a delivery charge and their customer service/delivery times.

Hi SeasideSusie yes my folate was in excellent range now and the b complex has enough it to maintain it Okay best start shopping around trying to get supplements gluten free the last time I bought magnesium it was Ingennes Triple magnesium complex said high absorption but I would have had to take quite a few tablets to get the right dosage so never used them Thank You for the links you did put me on to Health Leads and Ingennes 👍
