Hello all, just a general inquiry, does anyone know where in the UK you can get good quality
Magnesium
to use as a supplement, I presently get mine from Holland and Barrett, they are probably ok but you have no way knowing the quality of the product. Thank you. Bluesman

New to this group and looking to learn
I would like to follow a more natural treatment route for now so I've increased my supplements by taking a bone builder with calcium,
magnesium
, K, and D along with halting all caffeine and alcohol which, honestly, is more difficult than I wish to admit because I enjoy both.

Constipation while stopped drinking alcohol
I have some tricks (
magnesium
pills, massaging the area around the location) both are at least doing something for me, but still. Sometimes it takes so much energy and almost a dayjob (6 hours or a full day to pas a stool).

Recommendations for magnesium supplements
I’ve not been supplementing this for a while as I find it upsets my stomach. I’d like to reintroduce it, any stomach friendly recommendations would be welcome.

Parkinson's could be otherwise.
SEVERITY OF SYMPTOMS ...the severity of Parkinson's symptoms is related to deficiencies of certain substances, as well as vitamins and phytonutrients: cholesterol (Huang 2011, 2019);
magnesium
(Barbiroli 1999); vitamin D (Liu 2014), etc.

Feeling a bit lost and stressed. Would like to have a child. Any advice for a vegetarian with a healthy BMI and PCOS amenorrhea?
I'd like to have children so I have been decreasing the gluten I consume and taking omega 3, 6 & 9,
magnesium
multi vitamins, vitamin D3, probiotics and I have just started Myo+ D-chiro inositol and vitex berry, I haven't noticed a difference yet.

The revolution we are living through, the need for simplicity and a few controversial considerations.
Magnesium
is the anti-stress mineral. It regulates cortisol (the stress hormone) and the locus coruleus (the region that controls fear and stress, more damaged than the famous "sustantia nigra" of dopamine at the onset of Parkinson's). Norepinephrine is synthesised from dopamine and vitamin C.

Burning legs
I have just suggested he try
magnesium
which helps my RLS a bit. He is taking paracetamol and codeine at night which allows a bit of sleep. Other than that he wanders around then listens to the wireless half the night. I would be so grateful for any help. Oh.

Want to stop Prolia
I take raw calcium, vit d3,
magnesium
. I also take long walks and, up until a recent wrist fracture, did kettlebells. I find that the medical establishment ( which I was professionally a part of) is narrow minded and pro big Pharm.
