Zinc and magnesium
I have been told not to take zin and
magnesium
together but there are studies that show there are benefits to taking it together. People on here seem to think better you is a good place for vitamins, they are just one of the places that reccomend taking both together

Supplement, Iodine advice and more
Would it be better to take separately a Vitamin B complex (along with Vitamin D, Fish oil, Turmeric and
Magnesium
that I already take)? Has anyone read a book by Dr Tom O'Brian called The Autoimmune Fix? It does help to understand autoimmunity and worth reading.

What does a leg blood clot feel like? Going to docs shortly-
Been good about water,
magnesium
, walking, changing shoes. This morning I woke up with more left leg cramps, a dull but consistent one, and had trouble walking (leg kept giving out on me).

Lactulose and Bones
I have just been reading that lactulose inhibits bone loss in post menopausal women AND increases absorption of Vit D, calcium and
magnesium
. Has anybody else come across this?. It seems too good to be true.

Is mineral water good or bad?
I now realize I've gained 10 pounds that might cause other health issues if I don't stop it I take a few supplements, (D3 and K2 MK7) but everything I[i]'ve read suggests the best absorbability for calcium and
magnesium
, besides the sides effects of too much. is through diet.

Zeolite ; helpful & not helpful ? Good for cleansing our system , removing metals, or no?
I have read about the intention of it being anti fungal and “cleansing” but then I’ve read that it does not chelate metals as it claims and can reduce the minerals we need like
magnesium
. Knowledge and experience on this? Thank you!

New Diet Plan is Helping
Used these multivitamins if did not optimise with diet: Standard multi with calcium,
magnesium
etc, Omega 3 with fish oil, Sea Kelp, Gentle Iron ( only during Luteal Phase and Menstrual Phase). Stopped drinking alcohol and coffee (went tee-total).

vivid dreams after taking magnesium l-threonate for a few weeks
I usually don't remember that I dreamt something but after taking
magnesium
l-threonate for a few weeks I started having vivid dreams. Is this normal? Does it happen to you too?

Memory worsening
I have just started on a gluten-free diet and have been taking B12, Vit D and
magnesium
supplements. I had the coeliac test which was negative but thought I would try gluten-free to see if it helps. Should I be worried about this being something other than my thyroid ?

Maybe RS3PE on top of the PMR
I don’t drink alcohol, I eat healthily, I take turmeric, marine algae oil, probiotics, Vit Bs, C and D,
magnesium
and CBD drops and have an infra-red sauna blanket. I am willing to try anything to get rid of the pain.

Addisons?
I was able to do vit D, K2 and
magnesium
at that time. (When on Concerta he was regularly monitored but now off meds two years). He refuses any help from me at all. Eats badly, abuses weed. I’m in process of getting him out of my house because of it - as in I’ve given him notice to move.
