B12/Folate
In the mean time, I took electrolytes,
magnesium
, iron, D, ammonia reducing amino acids, etc. I noticed B1 made a significant different. Then I added in methyl B vitamin complex (again), and I improved even more. A couple months ago, I added 3,000mcg Adeno/Hydroxo B12 and 800mcg folate.

Your thoughts on husband’s recent thyroid and iron labs would be appreciated
His TFTs were done on both occasions before 8.30 on an empty stomach and having ceased taking all supplements for 10 days prior He takes: B complex with folate Vit D Iron Vit C Selenium
Magnesium
His folate and ferritin levels are still in his boots and only creeping up.

I have started taking vitron c and

Pill in pocket - help! does anyone know what I should do?
At some point in the near future, I do want to try and come off the bisop again as I’ve been trying out many different things with my diet and taking
magnesium
and vitamin D especially (I’m insufficient in Vitamin D after recent blood test) but it struck me I don’t know what to take if I have a break

Your body is incredible. How connected to that are you?
Feeling weightless, deep relaxation to tune up para-sympathetic mode, the
magnesium
in the water...a whole hour of simply being. Deep, deep medicine. Especially key for the whole health of my second #kidneytransplant. I share this as kidneys and blood pressure have an important relationship.

I am taking a break from Magnesium. You are welcome to change my mind.
I just have too many supplements on my list and feel I need to cut a player: http://pdprotocols.atwebpages.com/daily_protocols.html The evidence I see for
Magnesium
seems thin and not specific to PD. I have a high school degree and am error prone, so don't take your lead from me.

Hello all, just a general inquiry, does anyone know where in the UK you can get good quality
Magnesium
to use as a supplement, I presently get mine from Holland and Barrett, they are probably ok but you have no way knowing the quality of the product. Thank you. Bluesman

Also I asked the doctor about taking
magnesium
but he said to wait until I have my next routine blood tests in January. Should I wait or should I start taking it now?

Roma – Liothyronine Sodium Hard Capsules
Ingredients are Maize starch,
Magnesium
Stearate and gelatine capsule. The 10 and 20 also contain titanium dioxide, and the 20 also contains yellow iron oxide. (These additional ingredients appear to be used to change the look of the capsules.)

Recommendations for magnesium supplements
I’ve not been supplementing this for a while as I find it upsets my stomach. I’d like to reintroduce it, any stomach friendly recommendations would be welcome.
