Hi anyone taking Magnesium Taurate having Increased pain.I started taking them about 2 weeks ago .Ethical Nutrition recommended dose 150 mg essential magnesium.

Now it could be down to a lot of other things and I am in a certain amount of pain prior to taking them.About 4 weeks post Omicron , struggle with too much excercise down to AFib & arthritis. And of course the weather.

Don't want to stop them as just ordered 2 months.

I've been taking that brand in the evening for 6 -8 weeks while using up a mixed tablet of several types of magnesium in the morning. Have now swapped completely and have had no issues with increased pain.

Maybe it's the type of magnesium you are taking? There's a few different ones that I see people say they take here in the forum. I take magnesium glycinate and some others take magnesium citrate. Maybe you could try a different one. So sorry you ordered so many. Takecare. Hope you sort it out.
