Goitre & supplementing selenium & iodine
I supplement vitD, Bcomplex,
magnesium
, k2 mk7. I have unexplained iron deficiency, treated with regular infusions. I have read about selenium & iodine and am wondering about supplementing to help my enlarged thyroid. Advice appreciated 🙂

experimenting with split dose T3 timings
Plus I take
magnesium
about an hour before I go to bed around 1-2am. Wondering instead if I take my first dose at around 4pm, which is around 3hrs after my breakfast and then second dose around 8pm and then dinner around 8.45pm.

I started taking spray
magnesium
and I experienced belly aches, not sure if it’s just me but even when I took tablet form a while ago it affected me in a bad way. Just wondering if that’s my body saying I don’t need it or it just doesn’t like it. Any thoughts? hope everyone is doing good.

Insomnia? Some good results here
Valarian root/
Magnesium
an hour before bed. Helps a little. Instead of being fully awake at 3am, i feel dozier and can drift in and out of sleep. I tried not taking it for a few nights and the fully awake feeling returned. So helped - but not enough for me.

Another Echolight Scan versus Dexa Numbers
I currently take calcium and Vitamin D,
Magnesium
, C, etc. Does Collagen work? I've heard mixed things about Strontium. Ugh.

My Story
She is checking my thyroid (I am hypo; on levothyroxine) and also
magnesium
and phosphorus levels. She also ordered a 24-hour urine test to check my creatinine and calcium, I believe. She also prescribed gabapentin and a muscle relaxant.

Periodic episodes of fluctuating tachycardia while in AFib.
I've tried
magnesium
, vit c, vit d( which seems to aggravate) fruits and veggies, beet root extract, co q10... Nothing seems to help ....and my doctors don't seem to care and disregard my concerns. They tell me I'm obese . I'm 6 ft 1 and weigh 300 lbs...I don't look like I'm that heavy.

tapering high doses of zoplicone
I’m cutting down by quarter and replacing it by
magnesium
and gaba just before bed. How much
magnesium
should I take? I hear high doses but how much is that? Any other recommendations for replacement as I slowly cut down on the zoplicone?

Is PharmaGaba good or bad for PD folks?
Online threads have said taper very slowly and take
magnesium
and b vitamins. Is PharmaGaba beneficial for PD? I don't know alot about glutamate excitoxcity but GABA is involved in process. Truly shocked to read all the horror stories on gabapentin.

Having Private Blood Tests Done. Asking for Peer Review.
Magnesium
-No value. Should supplement. Phosphate-test to detect an emergency. No need to supplement. Homosistein-Just to check if I need to start betaine again. B6-Test for toxicity. Better done by symptoms. Vitamin D-Check and try for midrange. This is what I got so far.

Trouble Tapering
I sleep a lot, getting a lot of muscle spasms (and yes I take
Magnesium
), feeling a bit nauseous, off balance, & foggy. Could I be having issues with my adrenal glands already? Isn't this a little too soon for that?
