RLS and Exercising
I used to take
magnesium
, believing that it could help, but as I never noticed any change, I stopped. The only thing I have been doing recently, when my nights are terrible, is to change position in the bed, put the legs up for at least 30 minutes and then I try to sleep again.

Adrenaline during asthma attacks
I had an adrenaline injection and the rest nebulised (along with hydrocortisone,
magnesium
, atrovent nebs, and salbutamol nebs) yesterday evening during a bad attack (silent parts of my chest again etc.). Not staying in any longer than needed being discharged today. Just a bit frustrated.

From my research it seems that
Magnesium
Oxybate is the interaction problem, and I am supposing not other forms of
magnesium
?

Magnesium for ectopics and which magnesium is best Taurate vs Citrate?
Hi guys as the headline suggests I’m looking for some opinions on
magnesium
for ectopics and wondered if anyone takes
magnesium
. I’ve read that it can really help with ectopics and reducing them and making them less noticeable.

Discussion: Vascular Calcification / bone disorder in CKD
Lastly, the role of
magnesium
levels in offsetting calcium effects. Worth exploring that. Anyone got any further insights into cardiovascular calcification / bone health whether from dietary, supplement, exercise or drug, etc?

PPi s and Magnesium
I've just been watching a video of Sanjay Gupta on Vagas connections between heart and stomach I was surprised when he said that PPis depleted
magnesium
but that it couldn't be replaced by a supplement and you should stay off them a few days to allow the
magnesium
to do its good work.

I'm still trying to figure out why Vit D causes me tinnitus, can't even have Almond milk because it contains Vit D, so annoying and it keeps coming back to
magnesium
deficiency, however my last blood test showed my
magnesium
was 1.03 (0.7-1.0) so shows its high.
