Finally Done With Ropinerole!
Well, I did it. I weaned off that nasty ropinerole. It took a long time reducing it .25mg at a time, then every other day. I think the slower you go, the easier it is. I use a cannabis tincture at bedtime. It contains the Indica variety of cannabis (which contains a low amount of THC) This helps me

Medichecks result: B12 way too high, TSH suppressed - T4 and T3 somewhere in range? Help please?
Hi all These are my latest Medichecks results, blood test taken first thing in the morning, fasting, no vitamins for a week, previous dose of Levothyroxine morning before. I'm really surprised because I'm not feeling well and these results indicate that I should be? Except for the high Vit B result?

Split T3 dose effectively
Does anybody know how to effectively split a T3 dose? It is really cumbersome to split some tablets, as they crumble and don't divide easily. I'm currently grinding the T3 tablet into a fine powder and then mix it thoroughly with magnesium glycinate powder. I then form a line of powder which i separate

Advice regarding latest blood results please.
Morning all, I upped my Levothyroxine approx. 9 weeks ago to 100mg per day (I had previously been taking 75mg & 100mg on alternate days), but kept Liothyronine at 3 x 10mg per day. I did the blood test at 7am prior to eating or drinking anything, it had been 24 hours since my last Levothyroxine dose

Hello to all, My TSH has gone way up even though I’ve been increasing the dose, and I feel worse than ever. I’ve posted results from Nov. to May. See below. In Nov, I was on 88 Levo four times a week and 75 for the rest. My TSH was 1.32.( Range: 0.20 – 5.00) FT3 and FT4 haven’t changed as much.

Newly ectopic
Hi, I have been lurking here a few weeks. I was glad to find this community. 3.5 weeks ago woke at 4am feeling horrendous with my heart thudding in my chest. Ended up going to GP and to hospital, told by both that I had an ectopic beat. I felt like death warmed up - had no energy for two weeks. Gradually

MTHFR new labs
I started treating myself for MTHFR, specifically a new symptom I had developed in early February, fatigue. I began taking 100 mcg methylated Folate and 2,500 mcg Methyl- B12 every day. I also started a liquid hair vitamin at the same time, which I discontinued a week prior to my blood tests due to

Can CT head scan damage thyroid?
Having had a head injury two weeks ago where I lost consciousness briefly, I was seen by A&E doctor who gave me standard head injury advice but no scan. Have had symptoms of fullness in head, particularly ears which feel blocked ( could be excess wax as I get this), also headaches, unable to look at

A/F and RLS medication
I am taking 5mg Bisoprolol twice per day and Degoxin once per day and another drug to make my heart beat better. I also need to take 400mg of Gabapentin per night and apply Magnesium butter to my lower legs before getting into bed. I wandered if RLS and my A/F and some heart failure were related and

RLS AND DIET
Hi guys. My name is Jonas, 27yo, I was born in Brazil and in 2017 I moved to US. Since I was little (I can't even remember when it started) I have suffered with RLS. I remember getting beat up because my parents mad at me for not being able to sleep. It was really hard for me as a kid to describe what

Does magnesium help neuropathy?
Hello Has anyone had any success in using magnesium to address (idiopathic) neuropathy (numb feet, toes, with burning)? If so, what type etc. I am trying to avoid going down yet another blind alley! Thanks for any input.

RLS and Magnesium
Has anyone experienced this? I started taking Magnesium for my RLS but each time I take it I get terrible cramps in my legs and toes several times a night. Yet Magnesium is used to get rid of cramp. I am not subject to cramp normally. Perhaps it’s the same mechanism as Homeopathic remedies whereby a
