I'm looking for magnesium supplements to get rid of following conditions:
1-Palpitations (strong forceful beats; especially after eating sugar)
2-Muscle twitching (Widespread, like BFS)
3-Maintaining blood sugar balance and preventing rollercoasters
4-Getting rid of "racing thoughts", good sleep and less frequent headaches.
I have been highly stressed over a long period, and have also been using high caffeinated drinks too, both known to deplete body's magnesium stores.
Which forms of magnesium supplements can I use? I have a blood pressure around 90/70, and magnesium supplements are known to reduce it. But I don't want to further reduce it. How can I benefit from magnesium supplements without reducing my blood pressure too much?
