Sleep is poor at present so this is a long shot. Does anyone use this product? It’s vegan with a blend of botanicals and minerals. Unplug sleeping aid
Sorry can’t answer that. Best thing is to talk with your pharmacist.
I have occasionally used zopiclone on prescription to help me sleep because of chronic pain. My wife uses Sleep Aid from Superdrug to good effect as it was recommended on one of those lifestyle programmes as it has the highest amount of the active ingredient compared to others. The best advice too is to only take them for a few days maybe 4 until you get back into good sleeping habits and do this when you need to. If you still can’t manage to sleep it may be worth further consultation. It’s so hot theses last few nights it has been difficult for most of us to sleep well I think.
Thanks Dezi I never thought about asking the pharmacist.
In my opinion the best person to ask! Though I am lucky to have a “tame pharmacist” on hand as my wife’s best friend was top training pharmacist with Boots in Nottingham. So even when pharmacist is closed I can call her.
