zinc supplements
hi everyone, I’m back hoping for advice please. I’ve just seen my GP regarding my latest blood tests. Her answer to most of the results are you’re fine they’re in the normal range. My zinc levels are 12.6 umol/L (11.0-24). Should I take zinc supplements at this level? I’m already taking D3+K2 and my

Broken clavicle pain? Broke my clavicle after a epileptic seizure in 2011, but cold weather means dull pain! Must be others same situation?
I use my laptop a lot, a dull pain just does not go away, whilst writing, I have HPT so pain killers out of question! I suppose some sort of cream would be best, even magnesium oil joint spray like I use for my osteoarthritis on my knees might help? doubtful! Is anybody same situation as refracturing

Has anyone else been diagnosed with hypercalciuria (excess calcium in urine) causing osteoporosis?
I've read a couple of osteoporosis forums and searched online and am not finding any information on hypercalciuria causing osteoporosis and its treatment (thiazide drugs which cause your kidneys to get rid of potassium and magnesium instead of calcium). I was diagnosed with osteoporosis (in my spine

Anyone tried Tudca?
I heard about it recently. And I'm considering trying it for my NAFLD - and was wondering if anyone was familiar with it? As far as I can tell, we produce a similar substance in small amounts to help produce bile. This product is in a more concentrated form - but it caught my attention because it has

TIMING OF 55 MG OF PRED...OR SOMETHING ELSE?
I'm currently on 55 mg. of Pred for what was suspected GCA, but Ophtamology and Rheumy say negative, and having a really difficult time with it. Shakiness, extreme fatigue, exhaustion and weakness. Coordination is off in hands with the shaking, to wear I thought I might actually have Parkinsons or worse

Hi received from HealthUnlocked the article about CBD & Magnesium cream. I read the trustpilot comments and thought - sounds good to me.
So ordered a tube. Fine - then I thought - that was silly as didn't check whether it interferes with the WARFARIN I have to take. Yes, you've guessed it - its a GREAT BIG NO-NO - can't have CBD if on warfarin. Talk about brain fog took over. Anyway just want to let others know BEFORE they buy (
