Fostair problems after 7/8 weeks?
Hi just wondered if anyone had a similar experience on the pink Fostair inhaler. My asthma has always been ok, I never used a daily preventative just took my blue inhaler before sports and would need it occasionally during high allergy season. My peak flow has always been high (700+) and remains high

Does liquid naltrexone need to be stored in the fridge?
I’ve recently gotten a prescription from Dickson’s pharmacy for low dose naltrexone and it says store in the fridge, but it also says a cool dry place on another label. Does it need to be stored in the fridge ? I’m hoping not

How to Strengthen the mussels controlling the excretions ?
I am 71 Type 2 since 2000 kept under control and strictly following LCHF since 2014. It is felt, since of late, the mussels controlling the excretions are not functioning well as they used to. While lying down in bed when you feel the need to go to the toilet, it leaves hardly any time when you stand

New Fatty Liver Here & A Brief(ish) History
Hi all, new to the forum though I've been reading loads of stories since being told I have a fatty liver last week. I've had some health-related issues for a couple of years now (fatigue, confusion, anxiety, dizziness, weakness, photosensitivity) and had blood work drawn. Found my ALT to be 99 and AST

Anyone trying Low carb high fat?
Hello all! I’m not sure I’m really doing the right thing? I’m avoiding carbs.. bread, potatoes, rice, pasta. Replacing with salad, roast veg, spiralizing courgettes.. I’ve even tried the cauliflower rice trick... but seem to be eating lots of meat and fatty stuff. Home made scotch eggs etc. Not hungry

Yummy, Chewy, Tuna Patties.
These are easy to make, affordable and can easily be adapted to whatever ingredients you have to hand. We added spring onion as well as the chives and parsley to ours and they were super delicious. So tasty and chewy. Healthy, delicious and nutritious (especially with a side salad), so of course I wanted

Brown inhaler causing anxiety?
Hello all! In summary; I was diagnosed in July after doing monitoring my Peak Flow for a fortnight (nurse said results over 20% was an asthma diagnosis. Mine was 43%!) I do feel it's a mild case, and that perhaps it's exacerbated by disordered breathing. I digress! I've been sporadic with taking

Help Please: Blood test results for my Ma... speaking to a Dr tomorrow, Wednesday...many thanks for your help.
Hello Folks, My Ma takes levo. She was started on it at the beginning of this year, on the minimal dose. She is also now experiencing serious hair loss which is very upsetting to her, though nobody seems to be too bothered at the new surgery. Our surgery closed down in March. All our Dr's have disappeared

Blocked from return to work w/ controlled asthma?
Hi, I know many people are worried about returning to work during the current situation because they are asthmatic, but I seem to have the opposite issue - my work medical unit blocked my return because I'm asthmatic, but my asthma is totally controlled and I take one inhalation of seretide accuhaler
