Low protein diet

Would love yall's thought on which better in W&W, high or low protein diet, if either. I am thinking about this because last week blood test shows me teetering on the edge of insufficient IgG, which I have been before -- and found articles indicating I need to eat more protein.

For me, I am back at working with my diet of whole food plant based very low protein diet and take each day as it comes.

Meanwhile she said I was on all the correct meds and eat a high protein and low carb diet. She said I had HFpEF. . Anyone else been along this route?

Results for these are all mid range and my B12 and iron are on upper range as I’m on a high fat/protein low carb diet. I stopped my supplements 2 days before blood drawn for both tests.

Feeling pretty frustrated as there seems to be no answers, so I just take one day at a time, eat a low protein and low sodium diet as much as possible, and try to be as positive as possible under the circumstances.

Now I need the help as I am unable to determine where my body is in the ability for my liver to function properly if I am doing a caloric restriction or low carb, high protein diet. In some cases I read that more liver damage can be done by choosing the wrong diet to follow.
