Hi ,about a month ago I had a dexa scan because I had a bad fall and broke both bones in my wrist .I was offered surgery which I rejected as I was off to Lapland the following Friday.Bit silly you might say but the guy who put my cast on reckoned that a lot of surgery is unnecessary.Well I went off in

Looking for an exceptional oncologist
Hello, We are looking for an exceptional oncologist near N.C. My husband has been going the natural route this past year. We went to a German clinic, which helped for a short time. Now he is doing high vitamin C and working with a natural oncologist. He is wanting to find a top oncologist that is open

Which C-Reactive Protein test?
Which is the better test to measure inflamation--CRP high sensitivity or CRP quantitative. I would have thought the former, only the latter is a little more expensive.

How much mucuna would equal 1 25/100 and will the sinemet help mucuna cross into the brain? Also I was typing about something I've discovered for myself and Dystonia really bad cramps in feet/ halves. I found out that protein gives me the Dystonia/ cramping no matter how I wait not to interfere

Prednisolone - Repeat Prescription or Acute?
OH's pred has been removed from online repeat prescription; phoned surgery and it's been changed to "Acute" i.e. a single prescription each time. Reliable info from elswhere is that this has been done because reviews were being skipped. Dont' know whether thiis is local surgery, Wales HS or general

vit supplements
I have become resistant to orange juice. Close to a total allergic reaction(as in it steels my breath), so I’m unsure of what kind of vit C to take. Your help is greatly appreciated. Thanks very much.

Eczema treatment - no cost except for kiwi fruit
If you are suffering from eczema you may be interested in my experience with treating the condition. There is no cost involved, the kiwi fruit can be purchased locally in the supermarket, and I have used it successfully. As a bonus the kiwi fruit is loaded with vitamin c, so the cost will not be wasted

The happy end of a long road 😊
Hello all, not been on for a bit, hope you're all well? My elastography results came back as f1, which is fantastic! 😁 I don't know what the rep and Dr were arguing about 🤷♀️. My alt is still down in normal realms, though high end, my ferritin is where it should be and the main thing is I'll always

Taking T3 & T4 with vitamin C to improve absorption
I read that vitamin C can improve absorption of thyroid medicines. I wonder if anyone does this and have they noticed a difference? I take my meds in the early hours of the morning before waking up for the day - Levothyroxine and T3 together. Can I use orange juice to swallow them, or would a tablet

Diabetes Healing with Siberian Ginseng and Hibiscus
There are some fantastic herbs that can help you control blood sugar, give you energy and hope for a brighter future. Siberian Ginseng is just one that is so amazing. Also amazing for anti-stress. It has in it polysaccharides to boost your immune system to help your body develop more T-cells. These

Current Iron Status
SeasideSusie, or anyone with iron experience, I've just had an iron panel run by the GP as part of tests for Atrial Fibrillation. What do you think of my iron results now and do you have any advise? I still take 1 Cytoplan iron capsule a day with vitamin C and eat blood products as often as I can. Serum
