Hyperthermia treatments. Any info?
New to the forum. Diagnosed with prostate cancer last June. Gleason score 7, PSA has been hanging around 10 to 11. I have been taking vitamins and supplements, plus graviola, plus RSO, plus Vitamin C IVs. So, I am a bit afraid of just waiting but I don't feel good about surgery or hormone therapy or

Breathless and difficult digestion. Other autoimmune?
Hi everyone. I wonder what advice you might have for a guy wrestling with Hashimoto's. My main symptoms are fatigue, exertion to breath, bloating, sometimes it can be tiring to stand but I don't know if this is more to do with being bloated and breathless. finally, although it seldom quells my appetite

Are vitamins hurtful to the liver?
Hi all, I wanted to ask if any of you know if taking a woman's daily multivitamin and a separate vitamin C with D supplement plus a calcium supplement hurtful for the liver? I'm perimenopausal and was told I should take these things by a doctor that does not know ..at the time...that I had fatty liver

Isradipine calcium phase 3 clinical trial: slow PD progression?
An ongoing, NIH sponsored, Phase 3 clinical trial in North America is testing the ability of one member of the dihydropyridine class (isradipine) to slow PD progression in early stage patients. The review summarizes the rationale for the trial and outlines some unanswered questions. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov

Well guys it's week 9 and run one is in the bag that was Friday, however Saturday night for some unexplainable reason I've got hit big time with gout arthritis in the right foot. I have to say it hurts like h3ll. Spent the whole evening with ice packs, buprofen and anything else I could find to try

Intravenous Vitamin C
Along with standard of care for Stage IV, I am doing a 50 gram infusion of Vitamin C twice weekly. Seems to have some solid science behind it. The Riordan Clinic has been doing this for decades and they appear to have it figured out. The good news is that they freely share their protocol. https

what to say to people when they offer unsolicited advice
I don't want to make my Cancer a secret. I'm not ashamed of it. But I find if I admit it (because maybe I'm tired, and I don't have the stamina I used to) people immediately and universally offer unsolicited advice, i.e. "Why don't you just. . . go to Mexico and get unapproved treatments? or cure it

DIO2 AA- does this mean I don’t convert? If so reduce T4 & add more T3?
Good morning lovely humans :) After threatening to sue my GP and taking a ton of great info from here plus the advice of doing a genetic test, I’ve finally been put in a trial of T3/T4. I was getting very sick on thyroxine so stopped it for many months and was until recently taking 3 capsules of metavive

47% Anti-tumor effect of Vitamin C, lysine, proline, arginine, and Ecgc (green tea) on metastasized PCa cell lines PC-3, LNCaP, and DU-145
"showed dose-dependent inhibition of DU145 cell proliferation with 47% reduction at 1000 microg/ml. NS showed a dose-dependent inhibition of both MMP-2 and MMP-9 expression by PC-3 cells and MMP-9 expression by PMA-treated (200 ng/ml) DU145 cells. Neither MMP-2 nor MMP-9 gelatinolytic activity was detected
