Advice on latest TSH results & High vitB12-take PPIs for acid reflux....
Hi Would welcome your thoughts on my latest TSH and whether my sluggish, low energy, weight gain, constant bloated stomach, brain fog, bad short term memory and fungal rash on breasts-Is it all hypo symptoms or B12 deficiency masked by the taking of PPI Omaprazole for hiatus hernia and acid reflux.

Neck cracks and crunches
Thank you to all who replied, I am a bit overwhelmed by the response but I will try taking Vit C and Magnesium and see if that helps. It's definitely not mobile phone related as I only use it when I need to contact someone. I have an appointment with my GP next week and I will get him to check but

C-Reactive Protein levels
So on advice from several of you, I recently had my C-Reactive Protein level tested. The normal range seems to be 0.00 to 3.0. Mine was 3.5. I understand that some of you have a list of what you take for this. Any chance you could list them for me. I am taking some supplements and a few herbs, but would

Plasma C Reactive Protein high...
Hello again, I have another question from a recent blood test. My plasma C reactive protein is 8 mg/L (normal range 0-4) (as well a slightly high potassium which I posted about earlier). My GP is not concerned, but having read up I see that it could be a sign of a badly managed autoimmune disease like

Magnesium... what dosage and any recommendations for brand?
Happy new year guys! I’ve been taking my levo around 5weeks now, I’ve introduced vitamin c and vitamin d spray but didn’t want to do everything at once, I now feel ready to add another which ideally needs to be magnesium to aid absorption of the d3 I believe. I’ve read some links which were kindly posted

Newly Launched Clinical Trial PMR
ROME — A newly launched clinical trial is examining whether adrenal insufficiency contributes to the pathology of polymyalgia rheumatica. If the study yields data to support the adrenal insufficiency hypothesis, it's quite possible that doses lower than the currently recommended 15-20 mg/day would achieve

Thinking about doing a couple blood test
So I come across conversation about different Amino Acid levels. I was thinking about doing a Amino Acid Profile Blood Test. It is not too expensive, 140 dollars. Should I do that and if so what would I do with the information? Also I can have my C-Reactive Protein measured as well. 42 dollars and what

Asking for Your input on Bisoprolol, Nebivolov, Flecainide What has been your experience with these drugs?
Six weeks ago I had my first strong AFIB as diagnosed in the emergency ward. After 3 days of a variety of scans they put me on Apixaban and 2.5 mg of Bisoprolol. I'm a 70 year old male, always active. But now I can hardly get out of bed. I'm breathless, exhausted, and anxious. I have always been on a

What are the most needed supplements to take for PD?
My mom is on high dose B1 and we are actually starting to see improvements. She also takes D3, Coq10, magnesiums, vitamin c, collagen, b12, melatonin, probiotic and d manose. Is there anything that should be added or that she takes that isn’t necessary? What are your top supplements for PD?

5 Things to Eat or Drink to Get Rid of Mucus and Phlegm
Mucus is not all bad, its only bad if it is built up in the wrong areas of the body. The average human body makes 1 to 1.5 liters of mucus a day. Mucus keeps the organs in the human body moist and serves as a trap for dust, bacteria, and smoke. The bad part about mucus is, it can form in the wrong parts
