Neck cracks and crunches

Thank you to all who replied, I am a bit overwhelmed by the response but I will try taking Vit C and Magnesium and see if that helps. It's definitely not mobile phone related as I only use it when I need to contact someone. I have an appointment with my GP next week and I will get him to check but I suspect I will just get the usual "it's age related". I'll keep you posted if the vitamins help
