So I come across conversation about different Amino Acid levels. I was thinking about doing a Amino Acid Profile Blood Test. It is not too expensive, 140 dollars. Should I do that and if so what would I do with the information? Also I can have my C-Reactive Protein measured as well. 42 dollars and what would I do with that information. Information is important of course, and I will always make my own medical decisions so no worries on me doing what someone else says I should do.
Thank you for your efforts and to all those that take so much of their time and so much research.

Checking amino acids in blood is totally useless idea. If you are eating diet which provides enough protein ,you will have enough amino acids. Do not fall for this amino acid gimmick.
Any type of protein you eat is broken down to peptides and then all peptides break down to amino acids of all kinds. Just need to eat protein rich foods of various types.
As for C reactive protein...yes you need to know your CRP level because that tells you extent of inflammation in your body .High inflammation in body facilitates cancer growth.
What to do with High CRP ? Eat anti inflammatory foods, herbs, spices, leaves and roots which reduce inflammation. Treat if there is any infection in the body. Aim for C reactive protein at least below 1.
