Two weeks on folic acid and feeling worse. Is this normal?
Hey, I was wondering if anyone experienced feeling worse when taking folic acid for deficiency? Currently two weeks in and I feel so weak. Also taking B12 supplement, vitamin C & D. I would persevere if knowing at some point I’ll feel better, just concerned that I’m feeling worse.

Lipo-spheric Vitamin C, CoQ-10 by itself, or CoQ-10 with Ubiquinol, or CoQ-10 with BioPerine
I usually take Vitamin C crystals that dissolve in water, but read that the lipo-spheric stuff maybe better and more potent to tweak the immune system. Has anyone ever tried the lipo-spheric stuff? Also, I've never taken CoQ-10 of any kind. Is one more effective than another for people with afib? Thanks

Update, after ending treatments
I posted about a month ago, soon after my husband decided to end all cancer treatments. I thought I'd post an update as some might find our experience helpful. We decided not to do any more imaging as it wouldn't really tell us anything that we don't already know: that the cancer is progressing rather

Vit C & Levothyroxine
I have read online that taking Vitamin C with your levothyroxine can help with T3/T4 conversion. Wonder if anyone else has done this and if it has helped?

UP and food intolerances
Hey guys, I have UP and have recently been experiencing periods of fatigue particularly in the early afternoon and evening. I’ve never had any known allergies but I’m wondering whether high histamine foods might be triggering my mast cells and this could be related to the fatigue. Has anyone else had

What (may have) helped me conceive?
Hi all, I'm now pregnant (cant believe im writing that!) And I wanted to share some of the things I did and supplements I took whilst TTC. Of course, I can't say whether any of these actually worked or helped but I know that when I was TTC I really appreciated hearing from others what they were doing
