Glans scars, are they always permanent?
I have two marks/scars on my penis glans/head from applying apple cider vinegar to spots I thought where problems but the dermatologist says they are normal. The vinegar caused a couple of slight marks/scars. One is has a slight border/outline around it and is what the dermatologist says is hypopigmentation

Vitamins in soft gel alternatives - taking a separate oil capsulue
I have noticed that it is suggested that as Vitamin D and Vitamin K2 are fat soluble vitamins then the soft gel version might be a preferable. I have tablet versions and was wondering if taking an Evening Primrose Oil capsule with them would help especially when a fatty meal is not available.
